BBQ Saga Continued...

So after the disaster of the other night, Elysia, Graham and I headed to the Zeller's in Greenwood to get the BBQ. I found an associate to help because there was no boxes on the floor with the one I wanted (sorry...Mike wanted). With their little handscanner they are able to tell me there should be three in the store...hmmm....still not feeling assured. Off they go out back to look (this was my downfall the night before). They cannot find it in the steaming hot, upstairs storage. They call the mgr to see if they can sell me the floor model (great, already put together). He comes along with his "buddy" who is also looking at BBQ's. The mgr says they cannot sell the floor model and the BBQ's must be on the truck and to look there. After searching around for the person with the keys to the truck for 10 minutes they go off to look. In the meantime, the "buddy" decides he wants the same BBQ as me...I thought I was going to have to take him on--Army fatigues and all (never mess with a p*&&^% off mother with two kids are are "bored"). After another 15 minutes they come out with only one BBQ...I was ready...and almost disapointed when the "buddy" said that I should get it since I was there first. I'm sure if I go back today though, the "buddy" probably got the floor model and I am here with a big box and the biggest set of instructions I have ever seen. I'll let you know how that goes.
Elysia, Graham and I then went to supper at Josee's house. Mom came for supper and hugs from her grandchildren. The kids played outside with Connor and Sarah's cousins after supper. They played "barefoot" soccer...their feet were horrid when we left, Graham left a ring in the tub after his bath. It was sooooo nice to just go for a dinner and visit and realize we can do it again next week.
